EZ Boss-Lock cam and groove couplers, Dixon, adapters, and Boss-Lock are designed to interchange with different products. However, no standard exists for ½" and 8" fittings. Generally, these sizes are not interchangeable with the products of other manufacturers.
Dust plugs and dust caps are not for using in pressure applications for the safety of the environment. These are designed to use with consult Dixon and liquidsfor specific recommendations. Such recommendations are based on the use of mating Dixon fittings at ambient temperature (70°F) with standard Buna-N Seal installed. If you want use at elevated temperature or in any other unusual operating conditions, it is better to consult the manufacturer.
